The design for Pereira & O'Dell’s new office centered around creating a dynamic and versatile workspace that balances modern aesthetics with functional design. The goal was to foster a sense of openness and collaboration, while incorporating elements that inspire the team’s creative process. The office is a reflection of the agency’s commitment to innovation, with a layout that prioritizes both individual focus and group interaction.

The office layout includes a mix of open-plan desks, collaborative workstations, and private focus areas. This combination encourages spontaneous brainstorming sessions and provides employees with quiet spaces for deep work when needed. Multiple meeting rooms equipped with state-of-the-art technology are seamlessly integrated into the office. Additionally, lounge areas with comfortable seating and unique, eye-catching decor offer spaces for informal meetings or a moment of relaxation.

The finished office stands as a bold, dynamic environment that reflects the agency’s unique identity and ambition.
