Surf & Turf

Located within the vibrant Mercado Da Ribeira—a renowned, warehouse-style market bustling with tourists and locals—O Surf & Turf is an extraordinary dining experience brought to life by Chef Kiko Martins. As part of this iconic food hall, which features a dynamic mix of restaurants and artisan vendors offering everything from fresh produce to gourmet cheeses and chocolates, O Surf & Turf stands out as an homage to the seamless fusion of coastal and land-based cuisines.

The design vision for O Surf & Turf was centered on creating a welcoming space while highlighting the restaurant's diverse culinary offerings. The space is meant to feel like an inviting retreat amidst the bustling energy of Mercado Da Ribeira, a place where patrons can enjoy the vibrant atmosphere while enjoying a meal that celebrates both land and sea.

A prominent feature of the design is the open kitchen, where guests can watch the chefs at work, adding an interactive and immersive element to the dining experience. The bar area, adorned with smooth, stone countertops and open shelving showcasing artisanal bottles and glassware, invites guests to relax and enjoy craft cocktails.
